Responsive Delivery of Test Results

To allow Trilab to turnaround its test results and calibration services in a responsive manner, it is recommended that:

  1. Each delivery clearly identifies the client contact name, email address, and phone number. If test reports are required to be issued to an alternative contact, these details should also be clearly identified.
  2. For soil and rock testing services, sample quantities are provided to Trilab within the minimum quantities and core diameters outlined in the attached Guide.
  3. For aggregate testing services, sample quantities are provided to Trilab within the minimum quantities and core diameters outlined in the attached Guide.
  4. A Test (or calibration) Request accompanies each delivery that outlines the testing (or calibration) services required and any associated specifications.  The request may be attached to the delivery, or emailed to test@trilab.com.au.  Trilab recommends that clients complete a Trilab Test Request – Soil or Rock (as applicable) to assist with the responsive delivery of test results.  The Soil or Rock Test Request(s) can be downloaded using the buttons to the right of this page.
  5. Quarantine documentation accompanies any delivery that originates from overseas.  To obtain documentation regarding Trilab’s import permit conditions, please contact us.
  6. Test samples that may contain hazardous materials or dangerous goods are delivered in an appropriate Chemwatch container, externally labelled (of appropriate size, colour and style), provide warnings about the substances contained within the sample container, and accompanied by a Material Safety Data Sheet of sufficient detail.

Clients are advised that samples provided to Trilab will be discarded 30 days after the date that Trilab delivers its test report, unless advised otherwise in writing.
